Why isn't the AI generating replies?

Make sure you have an active internet connection. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app. If you're on an older version, updating to the latest release often resolves generation issues.

The app is crashing or freezing

Try force-quitting and relaunching RizzFox. If crashes continue, uninstall and reinstall the app — your settings will be restored. Still happening? Email us with your device model and iOS/Android version so we can investigate.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not process refunds directly — please contact Apple or Google for billing disputes.

How do I request deletion of my data?

RizzFox does not store the messages you enter. For any analytics or account data, email us at the address below with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and we'll take care of it promptly.
